Refund policy
Far Far Away Company has a 30-day return policy; customers have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.
To be eligible for a non-defective or damaged item return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original packaging. The customer also must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Far Far Away Company will inspect the received returned items and may issue replacements, user instructions, a full refund, or certain restocking fees may be charged for the return.
Far Far Away Company will provide information, upon request, for any restocking fees.
To start a return, the customer must contact Far Far Away Company LLC at intouch@farfarawaycompany.com. Please note that Items sent back to Far Far Away Company without first requesting a return and approved by Far Far Away Company will not be accepted. The return items will need to be sent, freight prepaid, to the following address: 3027 West Valley Boulevard, Alhambra, California 91803, United States
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that Far Far Away Company receives the returned parts within 30 days after the return has been approved by Far Far Away Company. Any returns received beyond 30 days after the return has been approved will not be accepted. Any parts damaged or missing during the shipping or handling process might be rejected, or certain restocking fees might be deducted from the refund.

Damages and issues upon receipt
Please inspect the order upon receipt and contact Far Far Away Company immediately if any items are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was received. Far Far Away Company will evaluate and may fix the issue. Depending on the cause of and responsibility for the damage or defect of the returned items, we may issue replacements, repair instructions, full refund, or certain restocking fees may be charged for the return. Far Far Away Company provides 30 days (after the receiving date) warranty for all of its products.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items, such as custom products, special orders or personalized items, are not eligible for a non-defective or damaged return. For any questions or concerns regarding the return policy for specific items, please contact Far Far Away Company at intouch@farfarawaycompany.com.
Exchanges
To avoid confusion and speed up the process of exchanging parts, we suggest returning exchange items first, and then placing a separate purchase for the new replacement item, once the returned item is accepted.
Stolen and Frequent Returns
In Far Far Away Company's own judgment, Far Far Away Company reserves the right to refuse any refund or replacement for stolen items or when the customer returns too many items in a certain time period or behaves in other suspicious patterns.
Refunds
Upon receiving the returned item, Far Far Away Company will inspect the item and notify the customer with the result of the inspection. If Far Far Away Company accepts that the return parts are eligible for refund, the customer will be automatically refunded on their original payment method, within 10 business days, unless other refund methods are agreed upon by both Far Far Away Company and the customer. Please note that there might be delays for Far Far Away Company, bank, or credit card company in any processing and posting of the refund.
Refunds may be made as credits to a customer’s open account, as a credit transaction on the customer’s original credit card account, or by company check to COD customers. Credits WILL NOT be issued to any third party not involved in the original transaction.
